At Premium we know that a well trained and reliable staff is crucial to the successful operation of any business. All candidates must undergo a thorough criminal background check, a comprehensive drug screen and have their driving records pulled and checked. Once employed, all new associates are put through a comprehensive training program. The content of this training consists of parking operations, customer relationships, safety and Premium’s company policies.
Our client’s can always count on Premium’s employees being knowledgeable, friendly and well groomed. Because we take such care in screening our associates, our attrition rate is very low. Many associates have been with Premium since we opened. At Premium Parking all employees are treated with dignity and respect. We encourage our employees to make suggestions and feel free to voice any concerns that they may have. We know that the people working the lot typically have the best insight for innovations that can enhance the operation of a facility.
