     At Premium Parking customer service is one of our main priorities. Our staff is expected to go over and above to make our customer’s feel that they have made the right decision in choosing Premium to care for their car. Our initial training helps the new associates with the fundamentals of their job and familiarizes them with our company policies. Training is the key to having successful associates.

     After being selected to work for Premium, all new associates attend a comprehensive company orientation. This class gives a detailed overview of company policies, procedures and incentives. Associates are then sent to Position Certification training where they learn the actual tasks and standards that will be required to make them successful on their job. We require each employee to recertify annually. Next, all new associates are required to attend SHOCK training. SHOCK was specifically designed for parking valets with a heavy emphasis on customer service. Role playing is used to reinforce what is taught in the classroom. The new hire is then required to attend a safety training class where they receive training on the equipment they will be operating, fire safety and keeping their lots free of potential hazards.

      Premium Parking rewards employees who demonstrate helpful and cheerful attitudes and show an ability to think on their feet.
